Isaac, Pr\u00e9sident de ladite Assembl\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Durant cette 21<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> session, les comptes ainsi que le rapport g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et sp\u00e9cial du Commissaire aux Comptes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par le Pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d\u2019Administration du LABOGENIE, Monsieur Shey Jones YEMBE. Apr\u00e8s examen et d\u00e9bats, l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale a approuv\u00e9 les comptes de l\u2019entreprise pour les op\u00e9rations de l\u2019exercice clos au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/p><p>Lesdits comptes se caract\u00e9risent par\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Un total du Bilan de\u00a0: <strong>778.514.854 <\/strong>(Dix-neuf Milliards Sept Cent Soixante-Dix-Huit Millions Cinq Cent Quatorze Mille Huit Cent Cinquante-Quatre) <strong>F CFA\u00a0<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Un chiffre d\u2019affaires de\u00a0: <strong>281.738.326<\/strong> (Quatre Milliards Deux Cent Quatre-Vingt-et-Un Millions Sept Cent Trente-Huit Mille Trois Cent Vingt-Six) <strong>F CFA\u00a0<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Un r\u00e9sultat net de la p\u00e9riode de\u00a0: <strong>930.458<\/strong> (Deux Cent Quarante
